Preparation and Usage
Fridge: Remove a roll of shortcrust pastry from its packaging and place it in its plastic film in the fridge for 4 hours 30 minutes. Leave to rest for a few minutes at room temperature (20C) before cooking.
Oven (210): After defrosting, remove the plastic film and unroll the pastry. Place it and its sheet of baking paper in your mould (maximum diameter 28 cm). Press down on the base and the sides. Prick the base with a fork. Fill and cook according to your recipe. To blind bake: cover the bottom with dried vegetables and cook for the indicated time 10-18 min.Brand
