COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING: Toaster: Take the pancakes out of their plastic packaging and place them in your toaster for approximately 20sec at medium heat. Microwave oven (900W): Take the pancakes out of their plastic packaging and place them on a suitable dish without overlapping them. Reheat for the time indicated: 1 pancake 20sec - 3 pancakes 40 s. Defrost in fridge: Take the pancakes out of their plastic packaging and place them on a suitable dish and cover them with stretchy plastic film. Leave to defrost for 1h, then take it out of the fridge and leave for 15min at room temperature before consuming.
