M&S British Roasting Potatoes with Goose Fat

British potatoes basted in goose fat and seasoned butter. Roast in the oven. Serves 2.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 180C, 20-25 mins
Preheat air fryer. Remove sleeve and film. Drizzle goose fat dressing from sachet onto potatoes in tray and mix well until evenly coated. Place potatoes in air fryer tray in a single layer ensuring even spread. Program the air fryer to cook for 20-25 mins. Turn potatoes halfway through cooking. Check potatoes are crispy and cooked through.
For extra crispiness cook on for longer.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220C, Fan 200C, Gas 7, 45-50 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Drizzle goose fat dressing from sachet onto potatoes in tray and mix well until evenly coated. Spread potatoes evenly across preheated baking tray.
Turn occasionally until golden brown and crisp. For extra crispiness cook on for longer.
