Barbecue - From Chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, temperatures and weather conditions. Cook until juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. 12-14 mins
Preheat grill to high. Reduce heat to medium.
Turn frequently.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 12-14 mins
Heat 1 dessertspoon (10ml) of oil in frying pan over a medium heat. Turn frequently.
Rest for 1 min prior to serving.
