M&S British Porchetta Pork Belly Joint

This British pork belly joint has been outdoor bred for freshness and stuffed with a fragrant mix of garlic, lemon zest and sage. Rolled, tied and ready to roast in the oven, serve with a homemade jus and buttered vegetables. Serves 8-10.

Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

Oven cook - From Chilled. Needs cooking
Remove from fridge 30 mins before cooking. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven. Dry rind with paper towel, rub salt into rind and leave for 10 mins. Remove salt and moisture with paper towel. Rub salt and oil over the entire joint. Place into roasting tin.
Electric 240C, Fan 220C, Gas 9, 30 mins
Reduce heat to:
Electric 180C, Fan 160C, Gas 4, 2 hours
Rest for 20 mins before carving. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0C to +5C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
